General Terms

GAHSP Policies

Our policy is outlined in our service subscription forms and our website and is considered mutually accepted upon the customer’s completed payment.

 

 

1. COMMUNICATION & MANAGEMENT TERMS

GAHSP provides a dedicated team for production management, with meeting formats tailored to each service and its custom scope.

 

Meeting frequency, format (online or in-person), and participants are determined according to the project’s needs and agreed scope. Clients may review deliverables and milestones through their custom dashboard or during arranged review meetings.

Additional client-requested meetings beyond the agreed schedule are available at a rate of $50 per 30 minutes. Customer support is available via WhatsApp and email with a 24-hour response time.

2. DELIVERY AND REVISION TERMS

Revision terms are tailored to each service and project scope:

  • First month offer: Unlimited revision requests to ensure expectations are aligned from the start.

  • Ongoing collaboration: Minimum of two free revision requests per milestone, with flexibility for unique cases where more may be required.

  • If project progress or delivery timelines are impacted by an unusually high volume of revision requests or by unclear feedback, we will suggest an alignment meeting to refine the revision process and agree on custom terms moving forward.

Moving to the next milestone implies acceptance of the previous milestone delivery; retroactive complaints are not accepted.

 

Clients are generally requested to provide feedback within 3 business days of each milestone delivery. However, feedback timelines will be aligned at the start of the project based on the client’s availability.

 

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Work begins once the subscription is active. Payments are made at the beginning of each monthly period and can be managed through your member account, accessible via our website. Our team will assist in setting up your member account and will share an invitation to access your custom scope or selected service. Please note, services may be paused immediately if payment is not received by the due date.

 

4. REFUND TERMS

Refunds are available if promised deliverables were not completed. Subjective issues may be addressed in revisions but do not qualify for refunds. Please note that if you fail to provide the required assets or information needed to complete the deliverables, this will disqualify the order from eligibility for a refund.

 

5. CANCELLATION TERMS


Clients may cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellations apply to future billing cycles, and the current month’s payment is non-refundable. If GAHSP cancels the subscription before completing the monthly period and its deliverables, the client will be refunded for that month. To assure GAHSP’s dedicated capacity for the project, if a client wishes to pause or revise the scope while continuing the partnership, a review meeting must be requested to align on next steps. This allows GAHSP to preserve a dedicated space for the client and advise on the best investments into our services.

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Upon final payment, all rights to completed deliverables transfer to the client. GAHSP retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

 

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

GAHSP is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information and deliverables. Client data will be handled with care and in accordance with data protection standards.
